Shipping

With all the new additions to our store and shipping times being as unpredictable as they can be these days we thought we would should leave something here to help you get a better idea of what our shipping schedule is like and about how long you can expect to wait to see your goods once you order them.

We are in the office Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. (Central Time)

*The Free Shipping is only available to residents within the continental 48 United States and excludes Malts/Grains

Shipments are picked up daily during business hours around 2:00 pm.

In most cases, if you have your order placed by 12:00 pm your order will ship that day as long as we have everything you need in stock.  

If we are running a sale, that can increase shipping times depending on how busy we get.  

For the majority of our orders we ship using UPS so from the day your order is picked up you should see it within 3-4 days.

If your order does not ship that day there could be a few reasons.

- We didn't have everything in stock to complete your order (you will be contacted)

- At the moment there's only 2 of us and while we do our best to get everything out, life does happen and we have to be away from the office for a bit.  We apologize for any inconvenience if this happens as we know how quickly you may need your order and we don't like making you wait any longer than you have to.
